Thank you for shopping with EasyWish. We take great pride in our handmade crochet gifts and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Physical Handmade Products — 15-Day Returns
We accept returns on physical handmade crochet products within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and undamaged
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item has not been personalised or made to order
To start a return, email us at hello@easywish.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
Personalised and Custom Orders
Items made to order or personalised (custom colours, names, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Animated Video Greeting Cards — No Refunds
The free animated video greeting card included with every order is a digital product. Once the QR code has been scanned or the video link accessed, no refund can be issued for this component of your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@easywish.uk with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
